The Recycle Dat! Recycling Rewards (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of Louisiana who are at least 13 years old at the time of entry. Entrants between 13 and 17 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes:
Employees of Grounds Krewe Nola Inc.
Independent contractors of Grounds Krewe Nola Inc. who have direct involvement in the Recycle Dat! Recycling Rewards program
Steering Committee members of the Recycle Dat! program
Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and members of the same household (whether related or not) of the above individuals
All other volunteers, contractors, and staff from participating partner organizations who do not have direct involvement in the Recycle Dat! Recycling Rewards program are eligible to participate.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

By participating, the entrant ("You") agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Grounds Krewe Nola Inc. as final and binding as it relates to the Sweepstakes.
Entries will be accepted starting on February 7, 2026, at 10:00AM and ending on February 15, 2026, at 7:00PM (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Entries cannot be submitted online.
To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must turn in eligible recyclables in person at a Recycle Dat! Parade Route Recycling Station.

Operating hours vary by station, but most stations will be open from approximately 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Please refer to the station map for exact hours of operation by location.
Each valid recycling drop-off at a station earns an entry into the Sweepstakes.
Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Grounds Krewe Nola Inc.

Some restrictions may apply at the discretion of the prize donor.
Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. No cash or prize substitution is permitted except at Grounds Krewe Nola Inc.'s discretion.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The daily top recyclers (most entries) will be selected based on leaderboard standings. Top recycler winners have the option to select their preferred prize from the day’s offerings. Once contacted, if the top earner does not submit their preferred prize within 24 hours, their selection will default to the top value prize of the remaining items. Previous top recyclers will not be eligible for the day’s top prizes on subsequent days, and the top recycler prizes will go to the entrant with the next most total entries.
Raffle winners will be selected through a random drawing conducted under the supervision of Grounds Krewe Nola Inc. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) days following the winner selection. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 12 days, the prize may be forfeited, unless otherwise directly arranged with program organizers within that 12-day period. An alternate winner may be selected at the discretion of Grounds Krewe Nola Inc.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Grounds Krewe Nola Inc. to use Winner's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
By entering this Sweepstakes, You agree that Grounds Krewe Nola Inc. may use your entry, name, image, and statements for promotional, advertising, and public relations purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
You represent and warrant that your entry is original and does not infringe on third-party rights. If a claim of infringement is made, You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grounds Krewe Nola Inc.
Grounds Krewe Nola Inc. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should fraud, unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Grounds Krewe Nola Inc., its affiliates, partners, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the Sweepstakes.
Grounds Krewe Nola Inc. is not responsible for:
Technical failures of any kind
Unauthorized human intervention
Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Louisiana, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Any disputes shall be resolved individually in a court located in Louisiana.
