Open tea package and empty mix into your own tea steeper, french press or into the included tea bags (cinch tight). Heat water and steep tea for 3 to 6 minutes depending upon desired strength. Stir in honey and enjoy!
Kraft box, tea bag and tea herbs are biodegradable and can be composted. Tea package and honey bag should placed in landfill trash.
